Student Financial Services Payment Information and Billing Procedures
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Fall and Spring Semester Payment Schedule
TWO OPTIONS:
Pay in Full by Aug. 1 for Fall Semester Pay in Full by Dec. 15 for Spring Semester | Payment Plan 4 payments due Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1 and Mar.1 for Spring Semester |

Minimum Initial Payment and Late Fee
Payment is due by August 1 for Fall semester and by December 1 for Spring semester, whether you pay in full or make the first of the three payments. If we receive the minimum payment after this date, you must pay a late fee of $150.
Finance Charges
Finance charges will be applied monthly to all unpaid balances, including students on a payment plan, beginning at the end of August for fall and December for spring. A .84% finance charge will be added to any remaining balance each month until the balance is paid in full.
Adjustments and Final Payments
Financial aid and student charges are subject to change, and any changes will lead to appropriate modifications to the required monthly payments.
You must pay all charges on your student account in full by the end of November for the fall semester and the end of March for the spring semester to qualify to register for classes and reserve campus housing for the next semester.
How to make a payment:
Credit and debit cards are not accepted as payment. You may pay online, wire transfer, by check, cash, cashier’s check, or a money order.
Bank Returned Check or ACH Fee:
Please note that all returned checks or ACH payments will be assessed a $30 fee.

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
By mail or to overnight a payment, you must mail to:

Be Sure to include the Student's name and ID number on the check.
BILLING PROCEDURES
Every month, Westmont will email you a link to your billing information via email. Students will receive these emails in their Westmont email address and at other email addresses that students authorize.
Students must authorize parents or guardians to view their accounts at the preceding page or Account Login.
The information will be updated nightly, and will reflect the status of each student’s enrollment and financial aid. Financial aid and student charges may change due to additional documents submitted or actions taken by the student.
